2027 Photo Calendar Maker

Pick 12 photos at once and they fill January through December of a 2027 calendar you can print at home. Each desk face is 8.5 × 4.2 in and the stand leans at about 76 degrees on a 2.1 in base. A4 is available too if you print outside North America. Pages are rendered at 200 dpi (300 dpi for the 4×6 mini), so photos stay sharp on a home printer.

How to fold the desk calendar

  1. Print the PDF on Letter at "Actual size" (100%). Card stock between 65 and 110 lb stands up best.
  2. Fold all three dashed lines. The middle "fold (top)" line becomes the peak, with both photo faces on the outside.
  3. Tuck the base at the bottom inward, then glue or tape the tab at the top of the sheet to the inside of the base.
  4. One month faces you; turn it around for the next. Every two months, swap in the next sheet. A binder clip keeps the set together.

FAQ

Is it really free? Do my photos get uploaded?

It is free with no sign-up and no watermark. Your photos are never sent to a server: they are resized and drawn into the calendar inside your browser, and the PDF is built right there. Close the tab and they are gone.

How do I fold the desk calendar so it stands up?

Each Letter sheet is split, top to bottom, into a glue tab (0.6 in), two faces (4.2 in each) and a base (2.1 in). Fold all three dashed lines, tuck the base inward and glue the tab to the inside of the base. It stands as a triangle at about 76 degrees with one month on each side, so 6 sheets cover the year. Card stock (65–110 lb) keeps it from sagging.

What is the difference between the three formats?

Desk prints 6 sheets with two months back to back and stands on a desk. One per page prints 13 portrait pages (cover included) for a wall calendar or a hole-punched binder. Mini prints 13 pages at 4×6 inches, so you can print them at a photo kiosk or on 4×6 photo paper and slip them into a small easel or frame.

Which holidays are on it?

With US selected, all 11 federal holidays for 2027 are marked in red, plus the observed weekday when one falls on a weekend (Juneteenth on Friday, June 18; Independence Day on Monday, July 5; Christmas on Friday, December 24). Choose None for a clean calendar, or Korea if you are sending it to family there.

How do I change the order or the part of the photo that shows?

Tap one of the 13 slots (cover plus January to December) to select it. ◀ and ▶ swap it with the neighboring month, and on a computer you can also drag a slot onto another. To reframe, drag the photo in the preview with your finger or mouse, and use the Zoom slider to crop in up to 3×.

What if I have fewer than 12 photos?

Months without a photo show a seasonal sample illustration so you can see the layout. Switch "Months without a photo" to "Leave blank" and you get a light dashed box instead, so you can glue in a printed photo or a kid’s drawing after printing.

What print settings should I use?

Open the PDF and print on Letter (or A4 if you switched paper) at "Actual size" or 100% scale. "Fit to page" shifts the fold lines on the desk version slightly. For the 4×6 mini, print on 4×6 photo paper or upload the PDF pages to a photo printing service.

Does it work with iPhone photos (HEIC)?

Yes when you pick from the Photo Library in Safari, because iOS hands the page a JPEG. If a HEIC file from the Files app will not open, convert it first with our HEIC to JPG tool. Photos are scaled to 1,600 px on the long side, which is still sharp on a full Letter page.
