It is free, needs no sign-up, and your photo is drawn right in your browser and never uploaded.

FAQ

How do I make a boarding pass for a surprise trip?

Choose Boarding pass, type the traveler’s name, your home city in From and the destination in To, set the departure date and seat, and write the reveal on the back ("Pack light, we leave Friday"). Print it, cut it out and slip it into a card or a gift box.

What size are the tickets?

They follow common print-shop ticket sizes: boarding pass 194 × 78 mm (about 7.6 × 3.1 in), movie ticket 70 × 140 mm (about 2.8 × 5.5 in) with zigzag ends, admit-one ticket 156 × 60 mm (about 6.1 × 2.4 in). The print-shop PNGs add 4 mm of bleed on every side.

How do I print at the right size?

In the print dialog choose Actual size or 100% scale, not Fit to page. The page has a 2-inch ruler at the bottom; measure it to check. US Letter is the default and A4 is one tap away.

Can I print double-sided?

Yes. The PDF has the front page first and the back page next, laid out mirrored for flip-on-long-edge duplex printing. Home printers can be off by a millimeter or two, so if the sides drift, print them separately, cut both and glue them back to back.

Can I order these from a print shop?

Print-shop PNG saves the front and the back as two 300 dpi PNGs in one ZIP, with 4 mm bleed and no cut or tear lines. Bleed and perforation positions differ between shops (some ask for 3 mm or 5 mm), so check the shop’s template size and where its perforation sits before you order. The tear-line position here is this tool’s own choice.

Is this a real boarding pass or movie ticket?

No. There are no real airline or cinema names or logos, the barcode is decorative and cannot be scanned, and every ticket carries a fixed "SOUVENIR · NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL OR ENTRY" mark. Use it as a gift, keepsake or party invitation only.

Is my photo uploaded anywhere?

No. Your photo and text are drawn on your own device in the browser. Nothing is sent to a server or saved, and it is gone when you close the tab.

What paper works best?

80 to 110 lb cardstock (about 200 to 300 gsm) feels like a real ticket. On regular printer paper, glue it onto card or laminate it. Score the dotted tear line with the back of a knife so the stub tears cleanly.
